Your shipment will be displayed in the same marketplace that everyone uses to ship vehicles in the US. Our team will source and vet all available and interested carriers, and provide you with insight and options to make your shipment stand out against the competition. You will save time by having one point of contact dedicated to the successful shipment of your vehicle(s) safely to your chosen destination. The initial deposit required is $0 for unlimited market exposure. You may text (304) 997-4477 or email [email protected]Â to make any adjustments to your listing details and offered rate at any time. Once your vehicle(s), equipment, freight, etc. has been dispatched to a qualified Carrier, you will receive an invoice which includes the assigned Carrier’s name, contact info, service dates, and any amount due on delivery. Our broker fees are factored into the total price.
Use of the MasterShip Option does not constitute a guarantee by PAT or its representatives of successful shipment of your vehicle(s), equipment, freight, etc. By opting for this service, you, the Shipper, affirm that you understand this service guarantees access to the “Marketplace” or “Load Board” most commonly used within the auto transport industry. The Shipper’s vehicle(s), equipment, freight, etc. will be listed at the rate submitted to PAT in the Marketplace and PAT will maintain said listing until either a Carrier contacts us to proceed with booking your shipment, you cancel the order, or the listing has expired (30 days) and you have not elected to renew the listing. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of reaching out regarding an interested carrier or listing expiration notice, we will cancel the listing. Any fees paid for use of these options is nonrefundable. By selecting any of these options and paying the associated fee(s), you acknowledge that you understand and agree to
