Plymouth Transportation performs in-depth analysis on all carriers interested in moving our clients’ vehicles. This service is included with our Broker Assisted shipping method, however, we also provide the same review and reporting to our DIY clients with the purchase of our Carrier Review packages. Up to fifty DOT numbers are included with the Carrier Review Seasonal Pass purchase. These reports will include details on the following:
- Carrier Name & Address
- Number of trucks in operation under DOT authority
- Number of inspections performed across all trucks and drivers
- Carrier performance measured against the national average for all carriers
- Complete breakdown of Vehicle, Driver, and Hazmat safety
- Details regarding: Unsafe Driving History, Hours of Service Compliance, Vehicle Maintenance Record, Controlled Substances & Alcohol Use, and Driver Fitness
- Complete details on all inspections and all noted failures or issues with compliance
We believe that transparency and access to these reports is the first step to preventing unnecessary delays and in order to limit the potential for damage.
