We recently used Plymouth to transport our vehicle from SC to NY. We contacted them on Monday, wanting pick up to be on that Friday. Our contact, Kaleb was professional and very thorough in keeping communication open and ongoing. He was also patient with us as we had to take our time to line our schedules up right. Plymouth was able to secure a carrier for us that would pick up at 0900 hrs on our requested day with a next day delivery. The carrier was pleasant, professional and exactly on time (which can be understandably challenging for truckers). He got our vehicle loaded, out of here and safely delivered to its destination by 0720 hrs the next day. Yes! 0720hrs…next day! This entire process was effortless and no one could have done a better job. We don’t know how often we will have to transport a vehicle, but if ever, whenever, it will always be Plymouth Auto Transport! Thank you for taking such good care of us! Shipped 2 vehicles from MD to CO last week. My time frame for picking up the vehicles was very tight since I was working an hour and half from where I live until 3 days before I flew out to CO. Bill the broker was exceptional. He actually listened, understood and went as far as to find the best option for my needs. He is very honest and will explain to you how and why things are done. I felt very comfortable with the price and even more so with his communication. He found me a bid a few days early and I took it. The car transport company was also wonderful and I will be leaving them a separate review. My car arrived a day earlier than myself and they were actually flexible in delivery and payment options. This was the third time I have shipped my car cross country with 3 separate companies and this experience was absolutely e best one I have encountered. I have read MANY horror stories and I am sure some are legit and others may be lack of understanding on the customers end.
After getting bombarded with calls from a dozen transporters, I didn’t think my experience would good. I decided on Plymouth because it’s a veteran owned business and Will made the experience great. Great communication throughout and he was upfront and honest about the cost and how the job would be completed. No hidden fees or run around. Excellent company to work with and will contact them again if I ever need to move a vehicle again.

Bill was extremely professional since day one. He always took the time to go over everything step by step. He answered all my questions with confidence and knew what he was doing because of the excellent reviews, good customer service, and the knowledge Bill has I decided to go with this company. My car was picked up Friday 11/30 and delivered on Monday 12/04 this was pretty fast! Bill, I apologize for this delayed review.
