List your shipment without paying massive broker fees. Your shipment will be displayed in the same marketplace that everyone uses to ship vehicles in the US. Your phone number will be listed with the order, so the carriers will contact you directly. You will save hundreds of dollars by cutting out the broker. We will also include up to five DOT safety reports and our analysis of those carriers with this option.
AssureShip – PAT will list your vehicle(s), equipment, freight, etc. at your named price. The initial deposit required is $79 for up to 30 days of market exposure. You may text (304) 997-4477 or email [email protected] to make any adjustments to your listing details and offered rate at any time. Once a Carrier contacts you to book your shipment, PAT will need their company name and/or USDOT number in order to provide you with a review of their safety data. AssureShip Shippers are eligible to receive five (5) Carrier safety reviews, however additional reviews are available for $10/each. Military members, Veterans, and First Responders who book our EcoShip option are eligible to receive the same safety reviews at no additional charge. If you are not accepted by a carrier within 30 days, you may opt to pay an additional $79 fee to renew your 30-day listing. You may renew your listing as many times as you would like following the same $79/30-day listing format. There are no additional broker fees assessed to your shipment with the AssureShip Option.
Use of the AssureShip Option does not constitute a guarantee by PAT or its representatives of successful shipment of your vehicle(s), equipment, freight, etc. By opting for this service, you, the Shipper, affirm that you understand this service guarantees access to the "Marketplace" or "Load Board" most commonly used within the auto transport industry. The Shipper's vehicle(s), equipment, freight, etc. will be listed at the rate submitted to PAT in the Marketplace and PAT will maintain said listing until either a Carrier contacts us to proceed with booking your shipment, you cancel the order, or the listing has expired (30 days) and you have not elected to renew the listing. When selecting AssureShip, your listing will include your number, so interested carriers may contact you directly. However, if the carrier(s) contact PAT, we will contact you regarding your listing. We will also reach out to you if the 30 days has expired. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of reaching out regarding an interested carrier or listing expiration notice, we will cancel the listing. Any fees paid for use of these options is nonrefundable. By selecting any of these options and paying the associated fee(s), you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.
